Schedules and rotas
Built from a template week, published to the teams, with shift swaps requested by employees and approved by their manager.

Business software
Schedules, time tracking, absences, contracts and a payroll export in one tool, open from every employee's phone. Built and maintained in Paris.
The need
The schedule lives in a spreadsheet, shifts are swapped by text message, absences go in a notebook, and every month the payroll manager receives a summary rebuilt by hand. Each step is a chance to lose an hour of overtime, or to pay for one that was never worked — and the employee finds the mistake on their payslip.
We develop a single tool that links those steps: the published schedule, the hours actually clocked, approved absences, contracts and their key dates, then an export ready for payroll. A shift swap accepted from a phone updates the schedule, the employee's hour counter and the monthly summary, with nobody re-typing anything.
One word on scope: IDEALOGY builds the software. We do not run payroll as a service and we do not issue your payslips. Calculating contributions and producing payslips stays with your payroll manager or your accounting firm. We give them what they lack today: reliable figures, in the format they expect, on the date they expect. The line is drawn in the first conversation, and it avoids misunderstandings at the first month-end close.
Features
A scheduling and time tracking core, then the modules that lighten the work at the end of the month.
Built from a template week, published to the teams, with shift swaps requested by employees and approved by their manager.
Clocking in on a tablet, a phone or a QR code. Actual hours, gaps against the plan, overtime and counters kept up to date continuously.
Leave requests, sick leave, balances worked out automatically, and suggested replacements who are free for the shift concerned.
One file per employee: contract, amendments, documents, renewal dates and end of probation flagged before they pass.
Each employee checks their schedule, books leave and follows their hours from their phone. No more printed rota on the wall or messaging groups.
The month's figures — hours, overtime premiums, absences, bonuses — in the format your payroll manager or accounting firm asks for.
How we work
Four stages, in this order. Your payroll manager is involved from the first one.
We list your contract types, your rules on hours and overtime premiums, and the export format payroll expects. The obligations that apply are identified at this stage.
1 to 2 weeksClickable screens on the manager side and the employee side, tested on mobile. A test export goes to your payroll manager before development starts.
2 weeksSchedules and time tracking first, then absences, contracts and the export. A testable delivery every two weeks, in your order of priority.
6 to 10 weeksEmployee files and hour counters imported, managers trained then the teams, maintenance and new work. The source code is yours.
OngoingIntegrations
Information is entered once, on the ground, then it travels. The most common connections:
Example project
Four sites, spreadsheet schedules pinned up in the staff room, and hours added up by hand at the end of every month. We delivered a mobile schedule with time tracking and a monthly export sent straight to the firm that issues the payslips.
Budget
The price depends on the number of sites, your rules on hours and the connections to build. The usual starting point:
Indicative figure. The firm quote is issued after the scoping phase, as a fixed price, with no cost per employee and no cost per payslip.
FAQ
No. We develop the software; we are not a payroll manager and not an accounting firm. Calculating contributions, issuing payslips and filing declarations stay with your current provider. Our tool sends them reliable figures — hours, absences, overtime premiums, bonuses — in the format and on the date you agree.
Yes, and in daily use that is the part that makes the difference. Each employee checks their schedule, books leave, offers a shift swap and follows their hour counters from their mobile. Managers approve from the same interface, which puts an end to the messaging threads.
Often yes. If your hardware offers an export or an API, we pull the clock-ins and match them against the schedule. If not, clocking is done on a tablet, a phone or a QR code, with no extra hardware to buy. We settle this during scoping.
They are described during scoping, then configured: overtime premiums, split shifts, break time, night hours, weekly or monthly thresholds. The calculation stays editable afterwards, because these rules move with your internal agreements and your collective agreement. They are configured, never fixed in the code, so you can change them as they evolve.
