One schedule
Every booking, from every channel, on a single view by day, by week or by resource. Changes by drag and drop.

Business software
Every booking channel in one schedule: phone, website and platforms. Real capacity enforced, automatic confirmations, deposits and no-shows under control.
The need
Bookings arrive by phone, from your website, from one or two platforms, sometimes by message. Each channel has its own diary, and keeping them in step depends on someone copying quickly between two services. One missed line is enough to sell the same slot twice, turn down a request when a place has just freed up, or lose a customer who never received a confirmation.
We develop booking software that brings every channel into a single schedule and enforces your real capacity: covers, rooms, stations, slots per practitioner or per room. A booking taken anywhere blocks availability everywhere, immediately, including on the form on your website. Your closing days, one-off slots and opening rules are configured without having to call us.
The rest follows the same logic: a confirmation sent when the booking is made, a reminder before the date, a follow-up when there is no answer, and a deposit requested when the slot warrants it. No-shows do not disappear entirely, but you stop simply absorbing them — and you finally know what they cost you. Every late cancellation is logged, with the channel it came from and the slot left empty.
Features
A central schedule, the channels that plug into it, and the automation that protects your occupancy rate.
Every booking, from every channel, on a single view by day, by week or by resource. Changes by drag and drop.
The form on your website, booking platforms, calls entered live: every source feeds the same schedule in real time.
Covers, rooms, spaces, stations or practitioners: your capacity rules, durations and turnaround times are applied as the booking is taken.
Immediate confirmation, a scheduled reminder before the appointment, a request to confirm the day before. By email or SMS, at your hours.
A deposit or a pre-authorisation requested under your rules: size of the group, slot in high demand, customer who has already failed to show.
Occupancy rate per slot, the booking sources that pay best, no-shows by channel and by customer profile.
How we work
Four stages, in this order. You sign off each one before the next starts.
We describe your resources, your durations, your opening rules and your current channels. Deliverable: a priced, prioritised scope, with the capacity rules written down in black and white.
1 to 2 weeksThe online booking journey and the screen used when the phone rings, tested on mobile. You correct the mockup, where changing your mind costs nothing.
2 weeksThe schedule and phone bookings first, then online booking, reminders and deposits. A testable delivery every two weeks.
5 to 9 weeksCurrent bookings imported, channels switched over one at a time, teams trained, then maintenance. The source code is yours.
OngoingIntegrations
A booking taken elsewhere has to block the place here. The most common connections:
Example project
Bookings came in by phone, through the website and through two platforms, kept in a paper diary copied out each morning. We delivered one schedule per room, with automatic confirmation, a reminder the day before and a deposit requested above eight people.
Budget
The price depends on the number of resources to manage and the channels to connect. The usual starting point:
Indicative figure, excluding the cost of the third-party services used (SMS, payment). The firm quote is issued after the scoping phase, as a fixed price, with no commission per booking.
FAQ
Yes. The aim is not to cut you off from a channel that brings you customers, but to stop it living alongside the rest. When the platform offers an interface for exchanging data, its bookings appear in your schedule and your availability is updated there.
With three levers combined: an immediate confirmation, a scheduled reminder before the slot with one-click cancellation, and a deposit requested under your rules — large groups, slots in high demand, customers who have already failed to show. The dashboard then measures what each lever actually does.
Yes. Each resource — room, site, practitioner, station — has its own hours, durations and rules, and the customer only sees slots that are genuinely available. A consolidated view lets management follow occupancy across the whole business. Rules can differ from one site to another without duplicating the entire configuration.
That is planned for. Bookings flow into your customer record, your point of sale for the bill, your invoicing for the deposits taken, and your team schedules to size the service. We list those connections during scoping and price them separately. Nothing forces you to plug everything in for the first version.
