Data controller

The data controller is IDEALOGY, a SARL (French limited liability company) whose registered office is at 50 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France, registered with the registre du commerce et des sociétés (French trade and companies register) under number 505 014 506.

IDEALOGY is also the entity responsible for the websites, digital services and products it operates. Its portfolio includes JustCaster.com, JustSelect.com, JustSigns.tv and JustDriver.

Scope of this policy

This policy describes the processing carried out on idealogy.fr, whose only processing is the contact form. The products published by IDEALOGY — JustCaster.com, JustSelect.com, JustSigns.tv and JustDriver — are separate services: each processes its own data and has, where applicable, its own privacy policy, available from the product itself.

The categories of data processed therefore differ from one product to another. In particular, JustCaster.com may, with your explicit authorisation, connect to social media accounts through an OAuth authorisation in order to publish on your behalf; that connection exists neither on idealogy.fr nor on JustSelect.com, JustSigns.tv or JustDriver. Data collected by one product is not automatically combined with data from another.

Data collected

The contact form collects the information you enter in it: your name, your email address, your telephone number, the subject of your request, the budget range you indicate and the message itself.

Only the name, the email address and the message are needed for us to reply to you; the other fields are optional and help us prepare our answer. We ask you not to include sensitive or confidential information in your message: a web form is not the right channel for that.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to handle your request: to reply to you, to prepare a quote, to arrange a meeting and to follow up on the exchange that results from it. It is neither sold, nor rented, nor used for marketing unrelated to your request.

The legal basis is your consent when you write to us on your own initiative, and the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request when the exchange concerns a project and a quote.

Retention period

Messages that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. This period allows us to find the context again if you contact us later.

Where the exchange leads to a contract, the data relating to the project is kept for the duration of the relationship, then for the statutory retention periods applicable to contractual and accounting documents.

Recipients

Your data is accessible to the people at IDEALOGY who handle incoming requests and follow up on projects. It is not passed on to any third party for commercial purposes.

It technically passes through our hosting and email providers, which act as processors and have no right to use it for any other purpose. The site is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, within the European Union.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies and carries out no tracking for targeting purposes. We place no social network tracker and we resell no browsing data.

The only cookies that may be placed are those necessary for the site to work, together with anonymous audience measurement intended to know the number of visits and the pages viewed. If such measurement is in place, it is described here and you can in any case block or delete cookies from your browser settings, without this preventing you from consulting the site.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a right of access to your data, and rights of rectification, erasure, objection to processing and portability. You may also request the restriction of processing.

To exercise one of these rights, write to contact@idealogy.fr stating your request and the email address used when you contacted us. We reply within one month. We may ask you for something that allows us to verify your identity where there is any doubt, so as not to disclose your data to someone else.

Complaint to the CNIL

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, or CNIL (the French data protection authority), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or from the cnil.fr website.

This page may change if the site changes, for example if a new tool is added. The version online is always the one that applies.
